What this policy covers
AgencyReport AI is a reporting workspace for agencies and businesses. This policy explains how we process account details, uploaded files, connected marketing data, reports, and support messages.
Connected marketing data
When a user connects Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or another supported source, we process only the data needed to provide the requested reporting service. For Meta Ads, this includes read-only, aggregated account and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value. We do not create, edit, publish, or manage advertising campaigns on a user's behalf.
How we use data
We use connected and uploaded data to display dashboards, generate reports, create exports, send user-requested delivery emails, and produce AI-assisted summaries and recommendations. We do not sell connected marketing data or use it to build advertising audiences.
Service providers
AgencyReport AI uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 to operate and store application data. OpenAI may process report inputs when a user requests AI-generated analysis. Resend may process report delivery emails when a user requests an email delivery. These providers process data only to provide their respective services.
Retention and deletion
Users can disconnect a data source and request deletion through the workspace or by contacting us. Meta users can submit a deletion request through our data deletion page. We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
